Check your files this week for ribbons and speeding tickets! Watch out for our biggest speeders in the pool!

  • Ellie Giles dropped 35.15 seconds in the 100 IM!
  • Drew Wegley dropped 22.76 seconds in the 50 free!
  • Colin Woodruff dropped 16.43 seconds in the 50 free!

Wow! The following swimmers swam in 9 events: Sam Lindle, Lucy Norrenbrock, Abby Hickman, Jacob Rohrs, Anna Mertz, Abby Hickman, Sam Cummins, Annie Cummins, and Jeffy Blanford!

Alex Ritmuller had the most best times. 4 personal bests in individual events!

2. Volunteer info from Holly:

The first home meet was a big success! Big thanks to all the new parents for jumping in and tackling your roles with a positive attitude. Can't wait to do it all again next week! Reminders:

Declare in Swimtopia if you're unavailable to volunteer next week.
All volunteers should check-in at the volunteer table upon arrival. If you're assigned a "backup" role, be prepared to jump into any volunteer assignment at the last minute. More often than not, backups are needed and utilized.
3. If you would like private swim lessons, please contact the coaches directly to make arrangements. 
4. Time to declare for next week's meet against Lake Forest.  Theme: Tie-dye! It is a home meet so arrival at 4:30 again.
5. Speaking of tie-dye:
Please send your kids with an item to tie-dye after practice on Thursday as well as a bag to bring home said item.  We need parents/older siblings to help make the tie-dye happen:

There are LSA (our swim organization) shirts for sale. Info from Brooke:

I have included the link to order an LSA shirt. Shirts will be $15. Orders are due to me by 11 am 6/18. Please vemno Brooke Rohrs @Brooke-Rohrs or give me cash by next week. The link has a picture of the shirt. Team names are listed on the back of the shirt.
