Greetings OC Predators,

1. Mondays Meet is at home against Springhurst.

a. arrival time is 4:30. Volunteers please check in at the volunteer table. Contact Holly with questions: 859-200-7894

b. Theme is COUNTRY!

c. Post-meet dinner is at Roosters in Springhurst. Families, if you only have littles and want to go ahead once your portion of the meet is finished, please feel free to do so.

d. Yards vs. meters: some pools are yards (Woodhaven) some pools are meters  (Owl Creek and most other pools in LSA 2 division). Times will look slower on Monday compared to Woodhaven because it is slightly smaller (yards) vs. Owl Creek (meters). However, for the sake of speeding tickets*, etc. your swimmers' times will be converted from yards to meters. 

* when kids drop times from meet to meet in events, they receive speeding tickets. These need to be kept and brought to the banquet as they represent a raffle ticket for prizes at the banquet. 

e. Concessions: the concessions at the meets can no longer accept lot charges. Please plan accordingly. Payment can be accepted as cash, card, or venmo.

2. We need helpers for both AM and PM tie-dye groups after practices on the 15th.  Please sign up to help by the appropriate sign-up genius. Families will need to send one item per child to be tie-dyed and some sort of plastic bag for it to come home in as well.

3. Heat sheets are up on Swimtopia app. 

4. Spirit wear is ready for pick up at 1602 Grey Owl Ct. Or Kat will bring it on Monday if it is not picked up.
