I was blown away by how smoothly the first meet went. Shout out to the Perez family for taking on double 6U AGP duty and to Derek Tems for being flexible in order to help out another family. Everyone- THANK YOU for showing up, stepping up, and making it happen! Reminders: -Review the volunteer assignment sheet weekly, even if you don't expect your name to be there. -All volunteers, including back-ups, should check-in at the volunteer stand upon arrival

3. Tie-dye party on June 15th (tie-dye meet theme on June 19th vs. Lake Forest).

Kelli and I both have to work that day, so we will need someone we can drop off the supplies to on Wednesday evening.

Families must supply the item being tie-dyed and a bag to bring home said item. Items should sit in the bag for 24 hours before washing. 

4. Please take pictures of the kids, especially in groups, at the meets. To make sure everyone is included in the end of year slide how, please submit pictures to [email protected]

5. As a reminder: please pick up after your kids after meets. There was a lot of trash left in the Owl Creek area. 

6. If you upgrade to Swimtopia PRO, you can get live results at the meets. At our home meets, we are planning to have a screen with live results, but they will go down after each race.
