• Volunteering is mandatory. This is how we ensure the meets run successfully.
• Parents with up to two children can expect to work 1 half per child.  Families with more than 2 children should expect to volunteer two halves per meet.  This requirement may be fulfilled by one or two individuals.
• In the event one or more parents are unavailable- ANY adult can be present to fill the role.
• Swimmers' availability should be declared by the Friday before Monday meets. Volunteer availability should be declared at the same time.

Select a job or select "unavailable". If you’re unavailable for one half but can volunteer the other, be sure to denote that here as well.

• If your kid is swimming in Champs, expect to volunteer.
• Age group parent is a vital role.   If you have a child who is 11U, expect to fill this role at some point throughout the season.
• I will take requests into consideration but cannot guarantee them.   Please understand if I have to move people around, this is to ensure the meet runs smoothly.
• Anyone interested in becoming certified for Stroke and Turn Judge please let myself or Josh know ASAP so we can sign you up for a training. We need 8-10 people for this and currently have only 4-5.
• Anyone interested in learning how to run the computer system, let us know.
• I am looking for super volunteers. These individuals are willing to be called upon in a pinch and wouldn’t mind volunteering extra shifts.
