Owl Creek Parents and Swimmers,

Congratulations again to all the swimmers on our second win of the season! It was great to see swimmers improve on their times and step up and race.  As I mentioned before, we have a quick turnaround before our meet on Monday against Lake Forest, and I want to thank everyone for getting their meet declarations in on Swimmingly.  

Saturday Swim Clinic:

Tomorrow the other coaches and I will be at the Saturday Swim Clinic. The cost is $5.00 per swimmer. The swim clinics are a great opportunity to fine-tune strokes, turns, and to fix DQ issues. The times for each age group are as follows:

Swimmers 7 to 10 years old:

8:45 - 9:30 AM

*6 & under swimmers that can swim the length of the pool on their own may attend this time slot

Swimmers 11 years & up:

9:30 - 10:15 AM

Post-Tie-Dye Event:

Thanks again to all the parents and older swimmers who helped out with the tie-dye shirts this morning. Special thanks to Stacy Kreis and Katie Cummins for supplying tie-dye kits and shirts.  Many parents brought extra shirts as well which was great! I can't wait to see all the shirts on Monday!
