We will meet in the OC parking lot and head out at 7:00 am to caravan to Plainview. If you do not join the caravan, swimmers should report to their area no less than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled warm up.

Warm ups start at 7:30 with Championships starting at 8:30 and ending by 1:30

Warm Up Times by Age Group:

11 & Older – 7:30 to 8:00

7 – 10 year olds – 8:00 to 8:20

6 & Unders – 8:20
