OWL CREEK VS BLAIRWOOD

HOME MEET, MONDAY, 6-10

This is our last dual meet of the season. Important reminders for this meet:

1. We begin swimmer warm ups @ 5:00. Swimmers should arrive by 4:40 at the latest and report to their designated age group location. There are lots of 6 & under swimmers this meet, so remind your children to stay in their age group areas.
2. Volunteer assignments are attached. Look closely and 1st half workers give attention to your report time. All lane timers, stroke & turn, starters, place judges should report to the 5:45 meeting for instruction regardless of which half you are working. Be sure to sign-in at the volunteer table to pick up your items needed for your job and please return them to the volunteer table unless otherwise instructed. (Learn about parent jobs at meets)
3. Age group parents will write swimmer events on swimmers when they arrive at the meet. Older swimmers will have event sheets by age group posted to mark themselves at the meet. Changes are happening right up to the start of the meet, so please be sure to use the official heatsheet in your volunteer packet to mark swimmer entry information (event/heat/lane).
4. If it is raining or looks like rain, watch your email and report to the pool unless notified of a delay. We will swim in the rain if there is no thunder/lightning.
5. After meet party at Beef O'Brady's.

THIS WEEK...

REMINDER: There is no practice on Tuesday morning (day after meet). Tuesday evening practice will be held at regular times.

Tuesday, July 2nd - MOVIE WITH THE COACHES at Xscape Theatres Blankenbaker. We will see Toy Story 4. Movie times won't be released until Monday. Our goal is to pick a time between 3:30 and 5:30 if available.

Wednesday, July 3rd, 9:30 a.m. - TIME TRIALS for swimmers who have not achieved the time standard required to swim an event at qualifications.

Saturday, July 13th, 8-Noon - Championships @ Plainview*

*Remember - most of our swimmers participate in relay teams, so swimmers should plan to attend Championships regardless of their participation in individual events.
