Please read this carefully and fully, there's a lot of information.

MEET 1, MONDAY @ SPRINGHURST [directions]

1. We begin swimmer warm-ups @ 5:30. Swimmers should arrive by 5:00 at the latest and report to their designated age group location. 
2. Volunteer assignments are attached. Look closely and 1st half workers give attention to your report time. Contact Kathryn Cummins with questions or changes @ 502-7278433. All lane timers, stroke & turn, starters, place judges should report to the 5:45 meeting for instruction regardless of which half you are working. Be sure to sign-in at the volunteer table to pick up your items needed for your job and please return them to the volunteer table unless otherwise instructed. (Learn about parent jobs at meets)
3. Age group parents will write swimmer events on swimmers when they arrive at the meet. Older swimmers will have event sheets by age group posted to mark themselves at the meet. Changes are happening right up to the start of the meet, so please be sure to use the official heatsheet in your volunteer packet to mark swimmer entry information (event/heat/lane).
4. If it is raining or looks like rain, watch your email and report to the pool unless notified of a delay. We will swim in the rain if there is no thunder/lightning.
5. Break out your Predator apparel for this meet.
6. After meet party at Beef O'Brady's.

MEET 2, THURSDAY @ HOME vs LAKESIDE

1. Attached is the draft of individual swim events, for those attending this meet. Please contact Coach Chris (502-381-1285) if changes are required.
2. Work assignments will be sent with Monday's meet results.

Golf Scramble - Friday, June 21st @ Glen Oaks Country Club- 7:00 a.m. registration, 8:00 a.m. shotgun start

REMINDERS...

There is no practice on Tuesday or Friday mornings (day after meet). Tuesday evening practice will be held at regular times.

Due This Friday, June 21st - declare absences (parent volunteer & swimmer meet entry) for July 1st against Blairwood (instructions here)
