Below are the swimmers and parents who are in the systems as not available for our first meet on June 3rd. If you or your swimmer are not attending all or part of the meet and should be added to this list, immediate communication is needed to avoid delays in meet preparation:

REMINDER TO ALL FAMILIES
- Home meets require more workers than away meets
- Most families with multiple swimmers will have assignments during the entire meet
- Family obligations to work meets may be filled by older siblings (16 yrs+), grandparents, sitters, etc.
- Jobs that require specific training (i.e., stroke and turn official) will only be assigned to those who have completed the training
- 6 & under parents will only be assigned to work during 1st half unless you request assignment during 2nd half
This is Kathryn's first year managing the giant jigsaw puzzle of assigning workers. If you or your family are willing to provide additional help, especially this 1st meet, please let her know as this can make her work easier (her telephone is listed above).
