Attached, please find the LSA Time Standards by division.  This can help you determine if your swimmer needs to participate in the time trial Thursday morning.  Please find your swimmer's age group/event and search under Div 1 for the qualifying time.  The swimmer must be at or better than the stated time to participate in qualifications.

MOVIE WITH THE COACHES is set for July 5th @ 5:40 PM. We will see Incredibles 2 at Xscape Theatres Blankenbaker.
