PLAINVIEW vs OWL TOMORROW (6/25) @ AWAY

• The attached entries and volunteer assignments sheet reflect all changes since the initial communication regarding tomorrow's meet, please review carefully.
• Please remember that any adult member of your family can work the assigned position (doesn't have to be named person) unless you are working in a position that required special training prior to the start of the season.
• REMEMBER, do not use these to mark your swimmer as changes happen right up to the start of the meet. FINAL documents are available in the team area and should be used instead.
• Swimmers should arrive at the pool by 4:50 (5:30 warm up in pool).
• Heatsheet will be emailed later today.

LOOKING AHEAD...

Next week is our final dual meet of the season at Blairwood, and then we head into the Championships process:

• Each swimmer who has a qualifying time may swim up to three individual events at qualifications. 
• Qualifications is used to identify the top 14 swimmers who will then compete at Championships.
• There are no relay events at qualifications, only at Championships.
• Swimmers do not have to qualify in individual events to participate at Championships in relays. (We will need most everyone to field our relay teams)
• Qualifications are divided into age groups. 11 & up on Monday @ Douglass Hills and 10 & under on Wednesday @ Blairwood
• Championships is on Saturday morning @ Plainview (7/14)

Please declare now parent and/or swimmer absences for these events.
