OWL CREEK vs WOODS OF ST. THOMAS

THURSDAY, 6-10 @ OWL CREEK

• Swimmers should arrive at the pool by 4:40. Theme is Camouflage
• The attached heatsheet and volunteer assignments sheet reflect all changes since the initial communication regarding tomorrow's meet, please review carefully.
• Please remember that any adult member of your family can work the assigned position (doesn't have to be named person) unless you are working in a position that required special training prior to the start of the season.
• REMEMBER, do not use these to mark your swimmer as changes happen right up to the start of the meet. FINAL documents are available in the team area and should be used instead.

Help needed at 3:00 to set up around the pool

• Once again swimmers age 12 & up can earn Beta Club (or other volunteer hours signed off by Jen Baker, Derika Mercer or Gene Snowden) or an extra speeding ticket
• Bring your volunteer form and see Jen or Derika during set up

If it is raining, or looks like rain, watch your email and report to the pool unless notified of a delay. We will swim in the rain if their is not thunder/lightening (which means we all work in the rain - a good omen in Hawaii). As thunderstorms are in the forecast for tomorrow, know that we will make adjustments to the order of events as we did against Douglas Hills to make the most of any limitations to pool time mother nature gives us.
