• Monday's theme is SPORTS JERSEY. Show your pride in your favorite team.
• The attached heatsheet and volunteer assignments sheet reflect all changes since the initial communication regarding tomorrow's meet, please review carefully.
• Please remember that any adult member of your family can work the assigned position (doesn't have to be named person) unless you are working in a position that required special training prior to the start of the season.
• REMEMBER, do not use these to mark your swimmer as changes happen right up to the start of the meet. FINAL documents are available in the team area and should be used instead.

Help needed at 3:00 to set up around the pool

• Once again swimmers age 12 & up can earn Beta Club (or other volunteer hours signed off by Jen Baker, Derika Mercer or Gene Snowden) or an extra speeding ticket
• Bring your volunteer form and see Jen or Derika during set up

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO TUESDAY!!! 

FREE CLINICS AND 6&UNDER PRACTICE on 6/19

To help swimmers cut seconds off their times, the coaches are holding these focused clinics open to all swimmers age 7 & up (if you have a strong 6 year old, please contact coach Sam to discuss appropriateness of clinics)

• 9:00 am - Starts and Finishes - dive entries, streamlines and strong finishes
• 9:40 am - Turns (50 meter events and IM) - learn to accelerate out of the turn and maintain or gain position
• 10:15 am - Regular 6 & under practice

THURSDAY THEME IS CAMOUFLAGE 

Pull out your team camo shirts* for championships last year or any other camo attire you have. 

*SUGGESTION: Need a new size or have a shirt that no longer fits? Use the Owl Creek Residents page on FB to offer to other swim families or request sizes you need
