Important reminders:

1. Team Pictures on Monday, June 18th . Individual pictures begin @ 3:30pm, team picture @ `4:50pm. Please submit order forms in advance to Gene Snowden to help facilitate a speedier picture process (form available here). Please contact Gene with any questions at (502) 494-6633..
2. Volunteer assignments attached. Look closely and 1st half workers give attention to your report time. All lane timers, stroke & turn, starters, place judges should report to the 5:45 meeting for instruction regardless of which half you are working. Be sure to sign-in at the volunteer table to pick up your items needed for your job and please return them to the volunteer table unless otherwise instructed. $10 Beef O’Brady’s gift card given to one volunteer each meet.
3. Age group parents will write swimmer events on swimmers prior to the meet. Older swimmers will have event sheets by age group posted to mark themselves at the meet. Changes are happening right up to the start of the meet, so please be sure to use the official copies provided at the meet to mark swimmer entry information (event/heat/lane).
4. If it is raining, or looks like rain, watch your email and report to the pool unless notified of a delay. We will swim in the rain if their is not thunder/lightening (which means we all work in the rain - a good omen in Hawaii).
5. After party @ Beef O'Brady's (on Blakenbaker). Whether your finish @ the end of the first half or stay the whole meet, the great staff at Beef O'Brady's will be ready to refresh parents and swimmers alike after the meet. Bring your crew and continue the fun, Predator style.

An updated heatsheet will email and post on our website by Monday morning at the latest.

We have lots of families out for vacation this week and want to say thanks early and often to everyone who stepped up to work extra assignments this coming week to cover all of our volunteer needs. We are part of such an AWESOME community!

REMINDERS...

There is no practice on Tuesday morning (day after meet). Tuesday evening practice will be held at regular times.

Declarations for absences (parent volunteer & swimmer meet entry) for June 25th are due on Swimtopia (instructions here) now!
