Attached is the work assignments for our meet this coming Monday, June 4th @ Glen Oaks. Here is what you need to do...

1. Open the attached to see your family's assignment(s)*
2. Contact Jen Baker immediately if you have a valid reason^ to request a change ([email protected])

* The name assigned on the sheet may be fulfilled by anyone age 16 or older and does not have to be the exact person named unless it is a training required position (e.g., stroke and turn).

^ If your swimmer is participating in the meet, your family is expected to provide adult help at the meet. You may use a neighbor, friend, extended family member, anyone that is willing to help you out (please let Jen know so that we can find the right person at the meet). If you are working the 1st half and are concerned about being late, but can arrive by 6:30, just let Jen know that you will be late and we will cover your job temporarily. If you do not have any swimmers in the meet, please email Jen and she will remove your family from the worker list.
